I follow the below steps to install skin at portal level but can't succeed (DNN 7.1.0)

Login as Host -> Admin -> Extensions -> Install Extension Wizard

Skin folder goes to Portals/_default/ instead of Portals/PortalId/

Please help me...

If you install a skin as HOST it is defined and hosting wide - and therefore installed in /Portals/_default - and will be available to all portals in the hosting.

Grant admin permission to install skins - and then install the skin while logged in as Admin it will be installed in /Portal/portalid/

Created New User -> Assign Admin Permissions -> Login as New User

I can't found "Install Extension Wizard" in Admin -> Extensions (even in Edit mode).

Not possible to install with DNN interface, but you can copy / move the skin from /Portals/_default/Skins/SkinName to /Portals/PortalId/Skins/SkinName, server access needed or FTP connection...

You still need to do this when logged in with Host level access.
Choose ADMIN, Extensions instead of Host, Extensions.
