IF the issue not exists before you install the module, the issue is related to incompatibillity with the DNN Version you are using.  Contact the vendor of your module for Support.

Dear Matthias

 Maybe you Just tell true but I'm sure about a way to resolve this problem after installing extension because  same module install on a website www.beljourbridal.com and they had same problem but there web designer make it correct and I login to there website and everything was working as well.

I don't have acces to their web designer and I don't know how resolve this problem. they use DNN Article 9.9.1 they use Form and List, They use Feed Back,... and when I install My DNN with Same version will has same problem, but they success to resolve and me not yet. there is no access to that web designer to ask him.

 Please  some body tel me how can I do?

There is wonderful thing about that, I can tell you I found way to resolve this prot yblem for ever ;)

ANY BODY HAVE A SAME PROBLEM

Please Just Copy (Over write) Same Release Upgrade Files of DNN to your DNN Folder! After copy you will see CONTROLBAR and Moving Modules between Panes problems will be resolve!

Maybe When Some DNN Module installed, some Engine files changed and this was cause of problem. I overwrite same version Dnn files on my folder, those problem has been fixed. without bad effecting on modules and modules working well also.

this sounds like you mmissed unblocking upgrade package prior to unzipping the files.
