I want to add hyper link for the image which are uploaded by user in journal module as comment/status image. onclick of image i need to redirect user to that given url.

Frustratingly, due to the nature of how DNN integrated the journal module inside the dnn core its very difficult to make changes without recompiling the core itself.  This IMHO was a really bad decision on dnnsofts part - but one that we are now stuck with.

As such the journal module is not a separate module you can easily pull apart and rebuild.  You need to start poking around in the dnn code libraries social services section to make changes to how the journal messages are displayed..
