When I am logged in as admin or host, and using ribbon bar, there is about a 2,000 px space at top and the admin menu is vertical rather than horizontal. This happens in IE10, FF and Chrome. In IE10 debug mode, it identifies this as . _Telerik_IE9

If I switch to iconbar, it works correctly. Only happens when logged in as admin/host, the site functions fine.
Version DNN6.2.4 and I checked Telerik is using newVersion="2012.2.724.35 using DDR for menu
Is there anyway to make ribbonbar work correctly? with no large gap at top and horizontal ...
