Hi,

I am using version 6.2.7. I have added " Member Directory " module in page.

The issue is Profile Picture is not getting displayed in directoryBox. Please refer attached image. Please provide me the way to fix this.

Thanking You.

are avatar images appearing at the top of the page (as your user) when you log in? If not, then it's possible that the handler definition is missing -please check your web.config file and ensure that <add name="UserProfilePicHandler" path="ProfilePic.ashx" verb="*" type="DotNetNuke.Services.UserProfile.UserProfilePicHandler, DotNetNuke" preCondition="integratedMode" /> is there

Man, I wish you had mentioned this in my post from over a year ago!  It would have saved me gigabytes of error logs and the weekly questions about the broken icon on the page.

Anyways, it is finally working on my install.  Such a simple fix!

Note: this not being there is typically indicate of a web.config issue (as the line is inserted during upgrade for older versions) - so I'd recommend checking that your web.config is not set to readonly (sometimes this occurs if checking out of source control), and that it has modify permissions set on it. Note: some older releases had an issue with web.configs with multiple location tags but AFAIK this is fixed.
