I've created a free module to provide a UI for setting all the variables in the new 7.1 URL Management functionality.

I modeled it somewhat on the old URL Master module so hopefully it looks familiar.

Right now it just sets Portal level settings, which is all you need, but I'll also make a Host level module for providing default settings to portals.

I'll call it Beta for now since no one other than me has actually tried to use it :)
