Okay I am trying to install dnn 4.3 on a fresh server, win2003 web, brand new install of win2k3 server, every time i get the same errror (even on my old server!)

Error Installing DotNetNuke

Current Assembly Version: 04.03.01

ERROR: Could not connect to database specified in connectionString for SqlDataProvider

Which leads me to believe its something in my web.config.... here is my web.config... i have tried using (local)  -- .\SQLEXPRESS --- my workgroup name .... WORKCOMP\SQLEXPRESS  , even (local)\SQLEXPRESS, and nothing, no combonation works, any help would be much appreciated
