I am planning on building a series of commercial skins.  The only skins I have built have been for 3.1.  Anything I should be aware of for 4.3, that is anything different that should be included?

What would be the minimum features to include on a commerical skin,  the features of the built in Blue or Grey skins?  When I say features, I am talking about the controls of a site.  I currently use the Blue skin as a base model for my custom skins and wonder if there are other components I should include for a commerical skin?

Is the Core DNN Menu ready for commerical skins or should a person stick with Solpart menu?

Any advice on methods to sell the skins and what a typical going price would be?  I was thinking around $9.95 each (package of a skin with various styles) for a server license, any ideas?
