I am trying to create a dependent, dynamic form tied back to a SQL databse using the Form Master 2008 module. I did nto see a specific thread for that module, but found this one instead. The issue I am having is as follows:

I created a drop down list tied back to a table - the user selects a hospital from a list of 9. It then populates a field titled Hospital_Name. The next question I want a list of units to populate a drop down based on which ever hospital they selected. To do this, I created "field rules" and had to create 9 separate drop down list questions, all with different field names, tied back to the table. If they selected XX hospital, then XX hospital's units woudl appear. This works except for the fact that by creating 9 separate questions for the units, I am unable to give them all the same field name (Hospital_Unit_Name). Is there a way to only create one question that would read the hospital selection the user chooses as opposed to 9 separate ones? Help!
