Anyone knows how to do this:

When user logs in I need to check if this user:pass is in non-dnn database and create dnn user from it, if it doesnt exist already.

Basically I need onBeforeLogin(user,pass) dnn event.

Thanks for your help in advance.

You are going to need a custom login provider.  The login system is written so you can make your own login provider to meet your needs.  My recommendation is to modify the default DNN login provider to meet your needs.  I have done this sort of thing in Active Directory and Novell before.  If you need consultant help let me know.  You also might look at the DNN Store to see if someone might have something that meets your needs as well.
