This is a bug in the DNN Core introduced in DNN 7.1.2. The updated code does not properly iterate through the site directory structure to identify resource folders. If you aren't using audio, you can workaround this by deleting the App_Data directory in the Feedback folder of DesktopModules (or renaming to appear after App_LocalResources in the structure - note that audio will not work until you rename to App_Data).

Bug is reported here - https://dnntracker.atlassian.net/browse/DNN-3816

Cheers
Roger

I just upgraded the Feedback module from version 5.x to the latest 6.4.3 running DNN 6.2.9 ..and now I have a problem on several websites using different skins:

-- on the Feedback Form, the separation lines run off outside module containers.
-- on the Display Feedback module all the text AND separation lines run off outside container limits.

Examples:
http://www.crystalcleaningofohio.com/... AND http://conuslasergroup.com/AboutUs/Te...

I need help -- can't downgrade it, and can't make it look correctly!

You need to override the .dnnForm class in default.css which is applying a min-width of 620px..
