Hello, guys!

For the past 2 weeks I've been having an issue with registering new users on my DNN 6 community site. The registration of new users is broken and I've tried adding a new user using the "User accounts" page and failed. Has anybody had this problem? I really need some help with this issue!

is there any message stored in admin->event viewer? What message appears on screen when you use admin->user accounts and try to add a user?

There isn't any messages stored in the event viewer. For some reason, I managed to add a user now using the User Accounts page in Admin. I suspect there might be an issue with the captcha on the registration page. Whenever I try to register a new user, the captcha keeps on refreshing as if I am writing the wrong code. I should probably mention that the page I am administering is http://blog.zombiepandemic.com/

It is DNN version 6.01.01 and it was a fresh install done about 6 months ago. I haven't upgraded since then. I am not quite sure what you mean by Source install...
