Sorry guys, but you really need to look into this. Unfortunately we are in a time-crunch and probably are unable to upgrade before we redesign our entire website.

I followed all instructions from here:  http://www.dnnsoftware.com/wiki/Page/Upgrading-DotNetNuke/Default

I got all green successes when installing, and still get the above error.

 Andy;

What other languages do you have installed in this site?

Which language pack(s) did you install?

What's the outcome if you switch to a different language and try to hit the File Manager?

Ken - Thanks for your reply! We currently have English, French, Spanish (United States) all enabled, then also Spanish (Spain) installed but disabled.

Should I try removing those? Another thought I had was, was that Matthias upgraded from 6.2, should I try upgrading to 6.2, then to 7.1.2?

Thanks again!

Sorry Ken, forgot to answer your last question. I did switch to French and still got the same error.

Could you check the language pack Versions that are installed using Extensions on the Admin tab? I think it could be that the languages packs are still on old Version. AFAIK, languages will not be automaticly upgraded on existing Portals, about it would override changes you have made, eg. Terms of use, Privacy, ect.

Where do you suggest I download these upgrades from?
