I have upgraded to 6.2.9 and I went to create a new page and put a new module on it. All the creation happened fine but when I go to navigate to the page the Tab just stays highlighted and I get an web error

document.frames[...].location is null or not an object.

All of my old pages are fine but any new ones I can only access if I go to the pages module and hit view page or paste the correct URL in the browser window.  I changed DNN.js by changing the Target=_blank ot =_new and then it will open the page but in a new window only. I am trying to quickly roll out a new app and this is hampering the rollout. Any help?

 

I tried just creating a page and it adds it to the menu and I can navigate to it via the Pages module and View or once there I can copy the URL and paste it in the address bar to get there but when I click on the menu tab it stays highlighted like it is selected but I get the JS error.  Oh and I created a blank page with only the standard html module and I even removed it to see.

My upgrade was from 6.2.5 to 6.2.9.  Like I said before when I edited the DNN.js file and replaced the target=_blank with target=_new it opens right up in a NEW window and not just navigate to the page.  I read somewhere the 6.2.5 introduced the problem and since I haven't needed to add a page recently I'm not sure when the problem arose.

 

Source packages are only for developement and not for production sites. Also you can't install a older DNN Version to a newer one. You can not use this package !
