Thank you again for your input.

It all boils down to the "z-index". If you look at the page I liked to in FireBug and shut off the z-index: -1; if will show the shadow, but it will be over top of the white bar. If I view that same page as Admin it shows the shadow just how it should be. So why is z-depth different when viewing a page as Admin and what sets it to be that way.

Could this be a caching issue, on the site or your browser?  Try Clearing the Cache on the site using DNN (Extras) on the Controlbar, and clear your browser cache.

No, I've tested it on several different computers, on different browsers that the cache is cleared each time I shut the browser down. The problem lies in the z-index: -1; issue. I'm just not sure how to work around it???

There is no element with a class .panelHeader03 on the example page you posted.

Did you already fix this, or did you change the page?
