I've figured out a way to limit a user account and a security role so that a user may only edit an HTML Module's content when they're on the page.

However, this requires me to configure every module within every page and due to the size of our site and all the modules already deployed into page, this method is not an option.

How do I provide these permissions to a security role that I may assign users (or some other group) so that I may manage a group of users such that globally I may control their permissions across all pages and their modules?
