AI am moving a existing and working site to a development environment on the same server but I keep getting a web config error

Description: An error occurred during the processing of a configuration file required to service this request. Please review the specific error details below and modify your configuration file appropriately.

Parser Error Message: Unrecognized attribute 'legacyCasModel'. Note that attribute names are case-sensitive.

Source Error:

Line 193: <trust level="Medium" originUrl=".*" /> Line 194: --> Line 195: <trust level="Full" legacyCasModel="true" />

The old site works but the new cloned site does not? is there an option I need to set  to sort this out?

You have two times the trust Level setting on the web.config file, this didn't work.. Also the Attribut legacyCasModel is not Support in the IIS Version. So I suggest to delete the line with

 <trust level="Full" legacyCasModel="true" />

from the web.config file.
