Hmmm - yes - guess as they say your mileage may vary - have you had any luck getting this sorted out. Talk to the guys and powerdnn - they will let you have a free 14 day trial of their excellent services to see what you get for your money - during which time you can play with a live running dnn hosting and even start setting up your site.

Hey Justin, 

I don't know if anyone contacted you about the plans and how they are structured at PowerDNN. But to add some clarification, for us eCommerce ready plans come with a dedicated IP address and we also assist in the SSL certificate process. The personal plan, just because eCommerce ready is not checked does not mean that you can't host an eCommerce site with that plan. Often times if you use a payment gateway like PayPal you may not need the dedicated IP address or SSL since all credit card traffic is processed through their SSL certificates.

I am surprised, you have changed our messages and showed here only what you wanted to show, I can provide all the real messages with images we sent to you but I won't because I don't want you to feel "insult" again, but two things

1- The email you received from us for changing the Name Servers also had the temporary website URL, DNN login information and control panel login info.

2- Our system or any support agent never sent a message like "You have failed to respond to our email, so your claim is now closed." The real message was "This message concerns your ticket #QAH-992-92023. We have not heard back from you in 24 hours and would like to know if you consider this issue to be resolved. If you have any further questions, simply respond to this email."
