Back to version 7.01.02 Install, user has full rights and no errors when apply,  new DB Using SA, App Pool ASP.NET v4.0.

I get the same results in "Add New Module" goes to home page.

The getting started screen log ICON has "No Installation Log".  Where would I look for the actual files?  File..\Install\Cleanup\PlaceHolder has size of 0.  Temp is empty.

In HostDashboard>Modules it is a blank screen.  I do not understand this?  But this appears to be the problem.

I need to get this resolved and move forward.  I have installed DNN many time but this is most trouble I have ever had.

Thanks in advance of any help.
