I have deleted two pages from my site. But when doing a search, the pages show as number 1 and 2 in the site results. The page titles have the search term in them, so while these pages were live, they were indexed perfectly. But I've deleted them and also removed them from the Recycle Bin. I've also re-indexed the search several times.

What else can I do to make sure that the search index removes these pages. I'm afraid now that other pages that have been deleted will show up as well.

 Thanks in advance!

and re-index in Host > Search Admin afterwards
