Need help!!!

Tried to upgrade from 7.1.2 to 7.2 and it failed right away at 5%! Tried again and failed again with the same message at 26%:

ERROR occured - Error: Cannot insert duplicate key row in object 'dbo.ModuleDefinitions' with unique index 'IX_ModuleDefinitions' The duplicate key value is Module Creator.



How can I fix this??

Why can't the installer just skip it if it's a duplicate?



This is a production site so I'd appreciate a quick feedback, I have full backups but don't want to restore if there's a fix for it.

I had the same error. Try just redoing the upgrade. It worked in my situation. That module was rolled into the framework so anyone upgrading would be wise to uninstall the stand alone module before doing the upgrade.

I had the same error.  Try just redoing the upgrade.  It worked in my situation.

The Module Create module was rolled into the latest framework version.  Anyone with the standalone version would be advised to uninstall it however I have not experienced any catastrophic results from my install that gave the same error message.
