I added a new project to the DNN forge last week but the codeplex site was not published at the time which I think might have messed things up a bit... The forge url is: http://www.dnnsoftware.com/forge/view/ExtensionDetail/id/1452 

Can someone over there at DNN take a look? it says it's awiating moderation too...

Hello - we've had some forge related problems recently, some on our side and some on the Microsoft side. Microsoft are presently updating the codeplex end to resolve these, as well as adding some other endpoints for us so we can better automate the system (and let forge dev's manage their data) - I'm hoping this will happen before the holidays, but the time is out of our control. As to your issue it does look did bad data got into the system (our fault, we should have checked it was published). I'll email the relevant people and see if they can fix it

I checked the support ticket in our webops project and it's in triage status and has a developer assigned - I know they're working on a full site refresh (with fixes for forge/wiki/answers etc.), that is due in the next few weeks so I think it should be fixed as part of that.
