Im thankful to all Dnn community member for quick reply.

But I am again in trouble as this time for me i have done every thing properly but after installation when i open default .aspx in browser it redirect to getting started and all the popup are some thing like freeze they are not allowing me to work on them.

USING DNN 7.01.01

just reinstalled & it is fixed ......Dont know why but its working now

most likely there was an issue accessing the database.

Thanks for your reply....
 I need to ask one thing more that after installing the DNN community Edition everything works fine but content is not  show. i.e. i am able to see menu bar and footer but in between is blank
Is this the default behavior of DNN CE or i have done something wrong and even when i created new page then only admin modules are showing up and no common modules so helpless to add any content to that page?
Had i done some thing wrong or it is the default settings for DNN CE !!!!!!!

this is the behaviour if you install with an upgrade package instead of an install package (or if you copy a previously installed version and point it to a new database) - this is exactly what you would expect ie. content is only added for new installs, not upgrades. As you say modules are not available that's another pointer that you likely used a previous installed site i.e. copied the folder and changed the database location in web.config (or deleted and recreated the database)
