I am trying to install DotNetNuke Version: 04.03.00 but i wont goy success.

it generates a error

 

Error Installing DotNetNuke

Current Assembly Version: 04.03.00

ERROR: Could not connect to database specified in connectionString for SqlDataProvider

 

plz help me asson as possible

i shell be very greatfull to dotnetnuke.

or plz send details (mohankumar@hotmail.com)

The error is quite clear: the connectionstring in your web.config file is wrong. Please make sure that BOTH sql connectionstrings point to a database that actually exists

please check this site on what connection strings to use. Check under SQL Server or SQL Server 2005, at SQLConnection (.NET): http://www.connectionstrings.com/

I tried many times on SQLExpress, my connection string was true, bacause I can connect with Enterprise Manager.

And at the end I moved database to SQL Server 2000.

It is working fine.

There is a problem with SQL Server 2005 I think.
