I'm aware of the token [DateTime:Now]

However, how do I remove the date from it and only show the current time? Thanks

you may add a format after the token, separated by a pipe, e.g. [[DateTime:Now|hh:MM]

I have one more question, how do I force it to refresh the time when a page loads? It shows the time when someone first visits the site, but then it stays the same for several hours. We want each page to show the new/current time when they visit each page? Thanks.
