Well you asked for "help" and your question was not that specific, so I answered it the best I can. My last answer gives you an easy way to do an url Redirect by adding the text to redirect the one portal to the other. In the future, if your asking for "help" and people are willing to "help", be more specific with the question and don't chastise them for attempting to help when the question was Half-Assed.

PS.... While you were writing back I edited the previous post so it could be seen.
PPS: here is a page which teaches you how to redirect IIS URL rewriter in regular expressions http://searchengineland.com/url-rewri...

What version of dnn are you running, what version of IIS is your server running and do you have direct access to IIS or is it behind a portal.

IF you are running the latest version of dnn and the advanced URL manager they you may be able to configure a redirect within dnn itself.

http://www.dnnsoftware.com/wiki/page/... will tell you how to activate the advance url manager if it is not running on dnn 7.1 or later.

http://dnnurlmanagement.codeplex.com/ contains a link to the latest url manager tool for the community edition.

http://www.ifinity.com.au/2012/10/29/... talks about ways to use the url manager to handle 301 redirects.

The webhosting will still need be configured to see the old domain - but after that the url manager should be able to see the domain and handle a redirect for you.

Thanks Wes,

This is all useful stuff and I am following up on it.

However, by the time I had received this post I had resolved my issue using URL Rewrite in IIS (8).

Thanks

MartyNZ
