I'm trying to delete some modules and keep getting the following errors:

It seems like a known issue that was partially fixed but there are more vectors that require resolution - https://dnntracker.atlassian.net/brow... (seems to only affect sites that use "Use Lowercase URLs") .

Thanks Cathal.

I can also now confirm that if I turn off force lowercase URLs everything works. This can be used as a temporary work around until things are fixed.
