I am developing locally with DNN 07.02.00 installed. For the most part it runs fine but when I get an error in my custom modules such as an System.Web.HttpException I get a 500 Internal Server Error instead of the stackoverflow. If I go to DNN's event viewer I can see the details. I have checked the usual web.config suspects.

CustomErrors' mode is set to 'Off' and compilation's debug is set to 'true'. 

Any other suggestions would be very much appreciated. This is very inconvenient. Thank you.

Look at the log files in /portals/_default/logs

Thank you for your reply Sascha. It appears that besides the error I saw in the Event Viewer there was a fatal exception. Is there someway to handle fatal exceptions as well?
