Hello..

 

Running DNN 4.3.5 and need to upload files in Word/Excel 2010 format.

 

Cannot find where to add allowable file extensions.

Can anyone help ?

I've seen web searches referencing the "Host Settings" tab in looking for answers.

 

When I'm logged in as "admin" user I do not see the "Host Settings" entry anywhere.

 

Under the "Admin" tab, I do see a bunch of other's; "Site Settings", "Pages", "Security Roles", "User Accounts", etc.etc.etc.

admin users don't have access to host menu, you need a superuser account.
if you lost your superuser account (DNN 4.3.5 is about 10 years old) you may
follow my tip to regain superuser password (database access required):

Did not know there was a "Super User" account..

 

Found out was it was and the password

It now works..
