Hi all,

Just upgraded to 7.2.2 and now on the Site Settings none of the Page dropdowns seem to work for me such as Splash Page, Home Page, etc. When I click on them the box says "undefined" and the loading graphic just spins.

A quick look at my browser javascript console shows an error message "Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'length' of undefined " I saw in the forums that someone else had this problem and fixed it by re-uploading the DNN upgrade files which I have now done 3 times with no luck

Anyone have any idea

Thanks

Tony

please go to File Management in Admin menu and perform in top right Corner a sync of all Folders.

Hi Sebastian,

Tried that and it didn't fix anything, I also done the same in the Host File Management

Click Here to see a screenshot of the problem. In this case I clicked on the "Redirect After Login" dropdown but the same happens on all dropdowns that should display pages

Regards

Tony

Hi Cathel,

Thanks for the link. I installed Fiddler, cleared all of my caches and loaded the page with the problem.

There seem to be no exceptions, all files get loaded okay with code 200

I'm going to revert back to 7.2.0 and try the upgrade again

Tony
