Hello,

I'm developing a web site based on Dnn Platform. I have a old web site based on Dnn 5, the localization of the web uses the Apollo MLHTML module.

My project is to migrate all the pages on the new installation using the core localization, however, in the first step, I need to migrate a lot of pages "as is" from the DNN 5 to Dnn platform...

I tried to export the pages from Dnn 5 and import in Dnn Platform, but the MLHTML module is not installed on the DNN 7 and obviously the modules are missing...

Does someone know how to import these modules inside DNN7? I saw the apollo project on codeplex but the MLHTML module seems missing from the source code...

Can you suggest some alternative way to import MLHTML multilingual content inside Dnn Platform?..

Thank in advance

you cannot transfer content from one module to a different module (like mlhtl to html module) using export/import.
You will either need to use SQL or stick with the same module (MLHTML is compatible with DNN 7 as well).

Hi, thank you for the answer.

I can use the original Apollo MLHTML module... but where do I find it? It seems to be disappeared from the apollo codeplex project.

I really appreciate an answer from Erik.

After some research I found the original zipped package on this forum:  http://opentraits.com/dnnsharp/search...

I've copied two dlls from my old dnn 5:

Apollo.DNN.Modules.ModuleLocalization.dll
Apollo.DNN.Modules.ModuleLocalization.SqlDataProvider.dll

I've installed on my Dnn platform the package, and added to my db a missing stored procedure

"[Apollo_ModuleLocalizationGetPreferred]".

After this operations I was able to import a page exported from DNN5 containing MLHTML modules.

I would appreciate if the MLHTML installation module will be available for download on the Apollo codeplex page.

Thanks for the support.
