Hi

I'm using DNN 7.2.2 

and i Enable more than one language (English & German)

but when i use "Page URL" by add new page , this option just works for default site language  And for other language shows "Page Name" in that page URL .

what's Wrong !?

Are you using DNN built in "language specific pages" aka core content localization or how do you implement multilingual content?
In any case, you should have a different default aliases per language (in Admin > Site Settings > Website Aliases), and would get different generated urls for your page per language
