Hi,

I just follow this tutorial (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y_N3tjovrtU) and deploy the facebook authentication module, but I'm not able to connect. I receive this error message all the time after facebook validate my credential. My dnn version is 7.02.02 (303). It's seem a lot of people are having the same problem then me with other type of authentication too. Here's a link to one of them :

https://dnntracker.atlassian.net/browse/DNN-4677

Any advise how i can fix this issue?

I had a similar problem. In my case the reason appears to be that the facebook account created in DNN had not been authorized in DNN: (Go to Admin > User Accounts > Find the facebook account >Select the Edit Icon>Click Authorize.

The problem for me is that I could then not log into my DNN site as host! Even when I entered the host credentials and tried to login I got the error. The browser session was somehow still sending something to facebook which was forcing the error.

My fix was to log in with another browser which allowed me to log in as host. I could then authorize the new facebook account and then everything worked again.
