Hi ,

I am using DNN 7.2.1, i need to show custom fields on register page, I have added required fields in user accts setting in site setting. Still the register page shows only the default fields. 

What am i missing??

Abdul,

Change "Registration Form Type" to "Custom" and then add the fields you want to display in the textbox that appears below it.

Thanks Mark for replying.

I have already changed Registration type to 'Custom' and also added the fields in the text provided. but still they dont show up on the registration page.

To get around this problem , I tried to replace the 'Users and Roles' module with 'Account Registration' module, but it throws error '

A critical error has occurred. Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation.

' please provide resolution to this.

I don't know why it's not working for you. I just tested it on a new install of DNN 7.2.2 and it worked fine for me.

Why are you replacing modules? There's no need to do that. Simply make the changes I listed and your registration page should change to match.

If this still doesn't work, post some pictures of what it looks like so we can see it.
