Hello,

 When we click on update in Site Setting in DNN 5.2.1 then it gives error message shown below:

 

     

 This issue is occurring only on server, In case of our local system it's updating correctly. Could you tell us reason ?

it looks like the system tries to insert additional portal aliases. I would check portal alias table in your database and remove all, which are not needed. Make sure "auto add aliases" option is disabled.
