On my website (which is 6.2) when I click on "register" it takes me to the home page. How do I fix this? Or even work out what needs to be done?

I also have some spammers creating dozens of registrations a day - I presume programatically.. so somehow the spammers can find the registration page but I cannot..

I found out that you have already a Captcha on the registriation page (how I got there? Well, if someone knows about the DNN mechanisms, it is quite easy, you just have to add the parameter ctl=Register to the querystring). There were some complaints recently about bogus registrations, and therefore it could be possible that someone hacked the captcha. I would suggest to upgrade to a newer version when this is fixed - I am not sure, but yours looks a bit old (the skin is pre 4.9.5, but after creating an account, I find the user profile page and the inbox stuff look more like an early DNN 5 version - anyway, this is old, so upgrading could help solving security issues - sorry, just saw you are on 6.2, this is not so old, but also worth upgrading.).

The other thing is: you have turned on verified registrations (which is good). But: The verification email I got after registrations was sent to my spam filter, and if someone does not look there, he or she cannot verify the registration. Maybe this is also a reason for a number of unverified registrations.
