Hi,
Am trying to re-host DNN site.

What are the procedures that need to be followed ? - Install / Update ? How ? 
Alwasys am geting a message :- 

Error Installing DotNetNuke

Current Assembly Version: 6.2.6

ERROR: Could not connect to database specified in connectionString for SqlDataProvider

 

When I tried : http://myUrl.com/Install/InstallWizard.aspx , then am unable to proceed . NEXT button is giving No action

Please suggest

if you move your site, you usually need to adjust both database connection strings in web.config file to include new server and database name (and credentials, if not using integrated security). If you restored your database to another SQL Server, you'll need to map the sql server account to be used with a database user and grant dbowner permission.

After clearing this issue, I got a new one :

trying to access this page : http://mysite.com/Install/InstallWizard.aspx , am unable to proceed / no effect on clicking NEXT button 
Showing [ Js error : WebForm_PostBackOptions is undefined  / Ajax not loaded in client side] error

I have seen a lot of post here and all , but nothing is working for me :( am trying in 6.2.6 version of dnn 

Can anyone help

Issue was with connectionString in config settings.

glad to hear. In general, if installwizard.aspx re-appears there is an issue with your database connection.
