make sure that your SQL server is using a case insensitive collation (SQL_LATIN_CI_AS)

I would switch server collation at least for the install, there is usually the issue with capital I in Turkish language - which might be affected if field names are not written in proper case within sql code.

i already guessed that can be collation problem. but there are many database on server, so it is impossible to change server collation for me. i can do only for database i will use for dnn.
