I am trying out DNN for the first time, trying to determine whether it's the platform we want to use. We have created our entire site (including content) in Artisteer, and we are now trying to add it all into DNN 7.2. I've tried uploading the zip into the default website I created in DNN, but it seems to have added my navigation alongside the existing nav. None of the content is appearing, either. I tried creating a new site and selecting the zip as the site skin, but that site won't load at all. What am I missing? What is the proper method for doing this?

Thanks!

Using Artisteer create the zip file for your DNN version without the Artisteer content and install the skin through >Host >Extensions.

Once your skin is installed add the content through DNN (not Artisteer).

Don’t forget to backup your database and appropriate site files before installing extensions.

Regards
Mike
