Does anyone have any tips on speeding up DNN?

I'm running ver. 04.03.01.  I am using GoDaddy for hosting, so I can't tweak server settings that I know of.

What I have done so far:
Changed caching to "Heavy"
Minimize # of modules on a page (especially the home page).
I have heard turning off logging will help as well - not sure how to do that exactly.

The site is extremely slow, and it's basically just a shell atm.  Still need to add the content.

Any help appreciated.

Thanks!

Hello

This is a very common question - have you tried the Performance Section on the DNN FAQ?
It does sound like it may be your host though...

GoDaddy is really good for domain name registration, but they really don't do DotNetNuke justice.  We get a number of clients who transfer from GoDaddy and WHFL because performance is so slow.
