if you turn on "show script errors" in your browser, are you getting errors displayed?

Thanks for your reply.

I never tried the website with Internet Explorer. When I tried, Admin Login page is loading  (I have enabled showing the script errors). When I tried to login, it shows the below JavaScript error. I am not able to login to the system as well.

SCRIPT5007: Unable to get property 'documentElement' of undefined or null reference
Telerik.Web.UI.WebResource.axd, line 166 character 2
HTML1524: Invalid DOCTYPE. The shortest valid doctype is "<!DOCTYPE html>".

Tried the same with FireFox. Admin Login page is loading. When I tried login it works fine and redirects to home page.
While loading the homepage, it shows JavaScript error at "title: 'Confirm" in the dnn.Confirm

When I try to open the "Edit Content", it shows JavaScript error at dnn.modalpopup.js , once continued, the popup opens without the editor.

Thanks,

Suman

this sounds like you are using an old Version of Telerik.
Btw, another Option would be switching to CkEditor (download for free from http://dnnckeditor.codeplex.com)
