I am not aware of any from memory, but there should be no harm updating to 7.2.2 (or 7.3.1, when released).

I once experienced the same issue with the character % in the url.

With url friendly pages it will take the page tittle, the way to resolve it is to replace the character with words or remove all special charters in the page title.

Thanks for the information.

I am hoping to upgrade to 7.3.1 soon  on the test server, and eventually on the live site (which is still running 7.1.2. ) If you know of anything I need to know about upgrading, please let me know.
