I added the aliases but when I go to those pages, http://ip/en-us i receive The resource you are looking for does not exist!. What concerns me is that on a page that views the order of the language is a little off.

I have noticed that if I change the language selection to Links (the flags) then it will select the translated languages. But if the selection is a drop down it doesnt work. Why would the links selection work and not the drop down?

I changed the language selection to links (the flags) and this will select the languages pages. But the drop down selection is still not working. Why would the links work and not the drop-down?

I have no clue, you may check the links being issued by Image and/or text link
