​Hi, i'm getting this exception since the upgrade to version 7.1.x and even with the last upgrade to 7.3.1 the errors is still here.

Sorry to hear about your issue, but this is not a DNN problem. The issue is with a 3rd party module (helferlein.DNN.Modules.Form I would guess based on the namespace), that directly accessed the DataProvider layer - DNN only supports backwards compatibility at the API level, developers should not directly access the DataProvider (or database objects) as there is no guarantee these will stay the same. I'd recommend you contact the developer of that module to see if they have a version which resolves this (either changed to use the API - or else removed to use the refactored DNN 7.x search)

please check out http://helferleinform.codeplex.com/, there is a hotfix available for users of DNN 7.2.2 and above.
