Profile photo upload has stopped working (used to be fine).  No sure when (most likely after the 07.02.02 upgrade).  

The exact issue is that neither 'File:' dropdown or 'Upload File' button work. When I move over them, the cursor changes to a hand, but on clicking nothing happens.  If I drag a file into the 'Drop File(s) Here' box, then after a while the thumbnail appears but it is not saved on 'Update'. 

I have tried this on two separate installations - one using a third party skin and the other using the DNN Gravity skin.  The behaviour is the same in both Chrome and IE.  I've also tried updating to 07.03.01 and that did not resolve the issue. 

Besides the above, all other buttons, dropdowns etc. on the Edit Profile page work fine. 

Any help would be appreciated.

There are no event log messages.  I used the chrome tools and there are javascript errors.  When I click on the upload file, I get the following:
