Harold,

I am not sure I understand what you mean (the window that represents the website).  You thread title states (Edit Window Problem).

Based on that you are attempting to edit something I assume you are logged in as Admin or Host.  What is (the window that represents the website)?

If you are seeing actual code that is being rendered I doubt that this is a setting.  It is very hard to say without actually seeing the problem… it almost sounds like a comment that was uncommented or some code that has part of the opening or closing tag missing… not sure.

If the problem can be seen as an anonymous user post the site URL so others can see what you are seeing.  If not take a screen shot and FTP it to the root of your site and provide that URL.

Regards
Mike

  • SOS ELECTRIC PRICES FOR THE NEXT 12 MONTHS ARE NOW AVAILABLE.

  • PAULA CARMODY'S INTERVIEWS ON MPT AND WYPR, POWER COSTS OF A COLD WINTER. ENERGY SUPPLIER VARIABLE RATE CONTRACTS.  LINK

Other Hot Topics >

is when I attempt to edit a page. I would like to see the regular text to make needed changes

Harold,

Is this being rendered when you try to edit the HTML module?

If yes, is it possible that you are I HTML mode instead of design mode?

Regards
Mike
