Not sure why since the upgrade went very well...but the Menu items for the site disappeared! Just a blank box where they should be...Event log shows no errors?

What should or could be done to get these back "on" ?

Adding  this error I found...

are you using default or a custom Skin for your website?
Which menu component is being used inside the skin?

I'm using the default skin:

And I get this: No Page Menu!

Well I figured out the error...Client Resource Management...At one point I was using or thought about using a custom CSS file for the web site- As it turns out the check box "Enable Composite Files" was checked and when unchecked the site menu's re-appeared.  I had also changed back to the default CSS file from the Twitter Bootstrap (3.2) CSS  file.  I don't think this is the site for the moment that really needs the Capabilities of Twitter Bootstrap.

A lesson for us all.
