I would like to override DNN Portal jQuery Version on My own Custom DNN Module Only "Not in All The Portal" which on that path "\Resources\Shared\scripts\jquery"
The DNN Portal jQuery Version is newer than the jquery version that I'd like to use on my own custom DNN Module.
The Portal Current jQuery Version is 1.9.1 and I'd like to use 1.7.1 version on my own module only.
I want to make something like removing Portal jQuery Version from that module page and replace it with other jQuery Version that I'd like to use.
So any ideas about how to override and handle that ??

This is not really a DNN question. You'll need to apply the standard jQuery techniques for multiple versions on the same page. Check over on the jQuery site.

Make sure your version comes after DNN's.
