When I try to Upgrade from 5.6.1 to 7.3.2 appears the following error

most likely, HTML module has not properly been upgraded, make sure, there is no /app_code/html folder or it is empty

/appCode/html was used in previous versions and should be empty or deleted in DNN 6 and 7.
There should be an HTML module package inside /install/module folder, which should get installed (and deleted) automatically during DNN upgrade, but you may try re-installing it from upgrade package.
