very strange, but it seem having fixed permissions.

I have been unsuccessful at logging this issue at support.dnnsoftware.com. Honestly, I can't figure out how to do it. I tried creating an account but I get an invalid email domain error.

Site Wizard is under the Admin section. Took me a few minutes to find it. :)

The Blank template isn't applying folder permissions correctly when a new site is created. You can also resolve this by logging in as Host and Applying (reapplying) the permissions for each folder in the portal. I have compared the permissions database table before and after and it appears that the issue is that the records are NOT being added to the database table as needed.
